We welcome all creators over the age of 18! Because there are elements of our space that fall under adult content (including allowing nudity), we request any guests under the age of 18 be accompanied by a legal guardian and be approved by the host prior to your booking.

PLEASE PLAN FOR SETUP/BREAKDOWN
Your booking time should include set up & breakdown. Please plan accordingly. We understand sometimes productions find they need more time, it certainly flies by when you’re having fun in our space!! Please contact host no less than 30 minutes before your booking is due to end to inquire about extending your reservation at the normal base rate (if there’s availability). All reservations that exceed their stay 15 minutes after their booking has ended will be charged 1.5X the base rate for the hour.

PLEASE RESPECT THE SPACE & OUR NEIGHBORS

• Some furniture can be moved around, but other furniture is meant to stay put! Please consult with host prior to moving anything.
• Nudity is allowed
• No oils/makeup/tanning/glitter products on the props/furniture
• No shoes on the lush areas of the space (please use shoe covers provided). Talent is an exception to this rule, shoe soles must be clean and not damage surfaces.
• No smoke machines allowed
• No smoking in the building
• No open flame
• No animals/pets without prior approval
• Outside catering is allowed
• No parties or events
• No criminal activity
• Eating & drinking allowed in the kitchen ONLY. No eating/drinking in the creative spaces.
• Walls are not soundproof. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep music and sounds to a respectful level, especially after 10pm.

CHARGES FOR DAMAGE
Our creative spaces were made with lots of love. Some areas/props are for display ONLY and are delicate in nature. Any failure by you or any other participants to comply with any of the terms, conditions, or policies above is a breach of Evoke Studios. Failure to comply may result in a forfeiture of your rights to rent the space, up to and including immediate removal from the space without refund and with or without the assistance of law enforcement.

In addition, you are responsible for (1) any damage or loss that occurs at the space during your stay; (2) a charge of up to $1,000 for violations of the pet/animal policy (3) an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services, if greater) for violations of any of the guest policies above (other than the pet policy) or for excessive cleaning required by the acts or omissions of any participant during your stay; and (4) any fines issued by police, other government officials or agencies, utility providers, and/or homeowner associations for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule during your stay, and any damages (which may exceed the amount of fines) that result from the violation.

If any unauthorized download of copyrighted material via the spaces Internet service occurs during the period of your stay, you agree that we may obtain and share your contact information with the internet service provider or any other party we believe, for any reason, has enforcement rights.

Production insurance is not required.

Security camera in the kitchen/main room, only enabled when host is not on the premises.

Access
The space can be accessed by the stairs or the wheelchair-accessible elevator. All rooms are available for shooting. Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Equipment Loading
Equipment can enter the building through garage or front door to access the elevator. There’s also stair access directly next to the studio parking space.

In-Studio Staging
The main area next to the kitchen is completely clear for staging.

The space is cleaned and disinfected before each booking in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

We have iHealth COVID-19 rapid tests available for purchase as an add-on to offer your team

We provide shoe covers, disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels, disposable gloves, disposable masks / face coverings, and hand sanitizer for your convenience and comfort.

Multi-outlet 15 ft extension cord with surge protector provided.

Grace Period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible Cancellations
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
